WHAT DO WE DO?

True North is an Owner's Representative Project Management (OR/PM) company. We are industry experts that act on behalf of (and in collaboration with) building owners to:

  • Define scopes of work

  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP's)

  • Solicit qualified contractors

  • Coordinate schedules

  • Provide quality control

  • Generally manage the construction process from infancy through to completion

Clients include commercial building owners, investment groups, and homeowners associations. Projects range in size and scope; and can include painting, re-cladding, roofing, decking, building additions, and more. Our service area covers the greater Seattle area, from Everett to Federal Way and including the Eastside.

Our goal is simple: Be the very best at what we do.

We focus on quality, not quantity, and each property -- with its unique set of features -- is treated as if it were our own. We form strategic partnerships with owners and property managers that are meant to last.

We believe that many headaches and problems can be eliminated with a project if errors are caught early and reported effectively during the course of construction. In addition to having good communication with our clients (owners, lenders, or insurers), we believe that it is very important to establish a good working relationship with the contractors performing the work on a site. This allows us to bring problems to the contractor's attention while we are on site. It also allows us to schedule visits when most appropriate.
